Just after Iwona’s son Zachary was born, she was trying to read and understand baby oil label. Liquid paraffin, perfume… It’s not something you want to put on your newborn. And when it comes to soap? Pentaerithrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Benzyl Salicylate, Butylphenyl Methylpopional… Most commercially produced bars contain synthetic lathering agents, artificial colors, and a variety of chemicals we can’t even pronounce. Antibacterial and antimicrobial soaps often contain triclosan (toxic chemical that is known to cause cancer).

This is how we (Iwona and Aiste) came to an idea of creating natural body care products without any nastiness in it and would only have ingredients that would be there for a reason. To clean, nourish and heal.
